Matt is a Hoosier by birth, but has been living in Fort Worth for over 20 years now. He’s been to school, written some books and is the Creative Sensei for Penumbra Group and penumbra media and design. He’s married to Angie (aka AGH), with a 22 year old son Brayden (married to the beautiful Christine) and his beautiful daughter Madeline was born in August 2010 (he believes in the "one at a time" principle of parenting). Matt pontificates regularly on his blog, 3rd Degree Shower Burn.

The Hudsons lives in the Ridglea/Ridgmar area of town, and Matt shepherds The City Church's people who live in southwest Fort Worth. He also oversees all the behind-the-scenes operational apsects of The City Church. It is a humbling place to find yourself in as a leader in The City Church. It’s not about starting a movement, it’s about joining the one God already has in motion for Fort Worth. Now that’s exciting.
